In general, SYSELCOM only performs specific, delimited projects on behalf of clients and subscribers who have already signed a periodic assistance and support contract.

Any alterations to infrastructure, involving the addition of new services for the users, where all the important work does not form part of our maintenance and support services for your systems are considered as "Special Projects". We evaluate and handle them together, either on a fixed price basis approved in advance or based on an allocation of hours for consultation and work Service Pack, SPK).

Service Pack: an allocation of hours for specific services

It scarcely matters what the level of your requirements are: we can offer to take them in hand by means of a set allocation of hours, subscribed to in advance and at preferential rates, which you can use at your convenience. There are no restrictions on the services that can be performed under this method and the services cover all the requisite consultation and work that would fall under our own expertise or which we can sub-contract.
