• A multidisciplinary technical team of experienced, fully qualified people who are given constant training (EPF, HES engineers or equivalent).
• Non-restricted access to all our expertise, covering the technological and organisational areas associated with computing infrastructures.
• Checks and supervision of your computing applications and systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Reaction times of under an hour and on-site call-out times of 4 hours maximum.
• Regular weekly or monthly visits to your site by one of our engineers.
• Extensive, flexible call-out periods for carrying out maintenance operations.
• Optimised management and monitoring of current activities and operations via our web portal and ticketing tools.
• Case history reports and formal statistics regarding availability, use and performance rates of the systems managed.
