COST RATIONALISATION
Reduction of all the costs that do not play a direct part strictly in achieving our professional goals.
We are thinking mainly of hire, administrative and commercial costs. We are also using as a basis the principle that what we recommend to our clients must also be worthwhile for ourselves, i.e. to concentrate on our core skills and to delegate to commercial third parties the performance of tasks with which we are not familiar. For our professional needs, we are choosing only to use existing, well-proven applications to which we can adapt rather than to develop them in-house. In terms of human resources management, we prioritise an open policy based on encouraging employees to assume more responsibility rather than adopting a procedural and systematically controlled method of operation. We are perfectly aware that this model can only be applied to small-scale structures with no more than 30-40 employees. This is precisely the target we have set for ourselves.
