Training, perspectives and stability
Quality is an essential aspect of our trade. How can one imagine that a company would be willing to pay very dearly for only moderate expertise?
Continuous training and regular investment in testing equipment are absolutely indispensable conditions. On the other hand, stability in terms of personnel is also an essential criterion in maintaining a high level of quality. Not only does this affect the company's image and customer confidence but it also enables optimisation of the funds allocated to training. This necessarily implies the maintenance of a high degree of motivation through the benefits and prospects that we can offer our employees.
SYSELCOM's salary policy is based on coherent but not excessive payment criteria, enhanced by a broad distribution of the company's profits. As regards training and the prospects for advancement in-house, the company's founders have a significant stock of shares (30% of the capital), which they reserve for the most deserving employees. Obviously, this policy's success is based on the company's own success. Our experience in this field, our reputation in the market, our optimism and the level of our personal investment serve as the evidence we offer for this.
